Judy Garland (JG-500)
This image of Judy Garland was taken at Carnegie Hall in 1961. Seated backstage in her dressing room, Judy touches up her makeup as Milton photographs her reflection in the mirror. Out of the frame was Kenneth Battelle, the great hairdresser. He is best known for creating the hairdo for Jacqueline Kennedy. He also did Marilyn Monroe’s hair when she sang “Happy Birthday” to John F. Kennedy.
